I do not recommend Caliber Collision. If possible, avoid this shop entirely. My experience with them was extremely disappointing.In September 2023, I was involved in a minor accident where my Toyota RAV4 was rear-ended. The impact pushed the rear door to the right, causing it to make a cracking noise. When I reported the damage to my insurance, they gave me two options: I could go to a Toyota dealership or Caliber Collision. Unfortunately, I chose Caliber Collision, thinking they could handle...
