How to Port and Polish Your Cylinder Head

If you plan on doing this process, set aside A LOT OF TIME because it will take alot longer than you think. Don’t plan on just taking a few hours to do this because you will be here for over a day 100% if you want to make the surface super smooth. • Having the right tools really makes doing the job a lot easier. I couldn’t even imaging trying to do all of this by hand. Before buying tools you don’t need, take a look at your cylinder head or whatever you’re working with, and see if you need the short vs. the long carbide bits. If what you are working with requires the long bits, than buy those, but you shouldn’t have to buy both of them if you’re just planning on doing this once.
