Skogafoss waterfall is part of any Icelandic road trip bucket list. It falls in the ring road circuit and is an absolute must visit not only for an enthusiastic tourist but also for the quiet (maybe introverted) traveller. But not many travellers explore the the area around Skogafoss. Most of us just visit the crown jewel, the Skogafoss waterfall itself, and move on towards south of Iceland.
