Thanks for your support. • Recipe is below: • COCA COLA CHICKEN WINGS CHINESE STYLE 可乐鸡翅 • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. chicken wings • 1 cup coca cola • 1 tbsp. dark soy sauce • 3 tbsp. light soy sauce • Wash chicken wings in cold water. Boil the chicken wings for 5 minutes in a pot or pan. Put chicken wings in a strainer and rinse with cold water. Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a frying pan. Grill chicken wings for 1 minute each on both sides. Add both soy sauces and coca cola to the pan. Simmer chicken wings at low to medium heat for 15 minutes. Let water reduce to a sticky texture.
