Original circuit from this site: https://www.radiomuseum.org/forum/pro... • This is a modified version. • Tube replacement: pcl84, pcl85, pcl86, pcf801, .... most of the triode-pentode tubes will work, but pay attention to different heater voltage and different pinout. • Use wavetrap to suppress strong local stations. • It works with low impedance headphones, but connect impedance matching transformer to the headphone lead. • To control audio volume, place a 2kohm potentiometer in parallel with the antenna coupling coil, so adjusting antenna signal will effect on audio volume.
