How to Stain a Basswood Guitar

A lot of guitar bodies are made of basswood. Particularly the less expensive ones. In this video we talk about how to stain it so that you can get a nice natural look. First we need to sand through the sealer that comes on most kits and on finished guitars. Then we remove any residue and make sure everything is nice and smooth.
