Soon after, Casey discovers the model is in a volatile marriage and suspects her new friend's husband has something to do with her sudden disappearance. The sudden shifts in this domestic-thriller-turned-horror novel will not be for everyone, but there are twists and turns throughout the novel that kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what would happen next.
