The Payette River at Cabarton is normally clear and blue but in the Fall turns a leafy green from the algae and aquatic plant life dying upriver in Cascade Lake with the cooler temperatures. As the river snakes its way South there are numerous eddies and calm water that are ideal for flyfishing. • The film was shot with a Sony A7III.
