MY MEAL PREP ESSENTIALS: • 🫙 Containers https://amzn.to/4hEcbxS • 🍚 Rice Cooker https://amzn.to/3Cxd10g • 🥩 Slow Cooker https://amzn.to/3WICL0u • 🍉 Blender https://amzn.to/4hjsm3E • Moist Pumpkin Protein Muffin Ingredients (makes 6 muffins) • For the muffins: • ¼ cup (60 ml) flour • ¼ cup (60ml) sweetener (I used Truvia Brown Sugar) • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein • 1 scoop unflavored casein protein • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp cinnamon • pinch of salt • ½ cup (118ml) plain Greek yogurt • ½ cup (118 ml) pumpkin • 1 egg • ½ tsp vanilla extract • For the frosting: • 3 tbsp (47g) softened cream cheese (I used Philadelphia Reduced Fat) • ¼ cup (60ml) plain Greek yogurt • 1 tbsp of sweetener (I used Truvia Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener) • orange sprinkles are optional • Bake the muffins for 15 minutes at 350° F (177° C) and apply frosting when the muffins are cool. • Protein Pumpkin Muffin Macros: 118 calories / 19g carbs / 3g fat / 14g protein / 3g sugar • Full recipe: https://proteinteacher.com/pumpkin-pr... • #protein #pumpkin #muffins
