It's a co-production between New Republic Pictures, Endeavor Content, Project X Entertainment, and Bay Films, and it's based on Laurits Munch-Petersen and Lars Andreas Pedersen's 2005 Danish film of the same name. Jake Gyllenhaal, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and Eiza González feature in the film, which follows two adoptive siblings who become bank robbers after stealing an ambulance with a paramedic and a critically injured police officer. • Phillip Noyce was set to direct the film when it was first announced in August 2015. He was replaced in 2017 by Navot Papushado and Aharon Keshales, who were both replaced in 2020 by Bay. Principal photography with cinematographer Roberto De Angelis began in January 2021 in Los Angeles and ended in March of that year. Lorne Balfe composed the musical score during post-production.
