#Flooding triggered by #HurricaneHelene left a group of #NorthCarolina neighbors standing in chest-deep water in a home. We gotta think about getting out of here. In the terrifying video, furniture can be seen floating in the room as people stand in the brown water, helping several pets stay afloat. The death toll was at 189 Thursday morning but eight new deaths reported in #Georgia and three from North Carolina upped that number to 200 by noon. #weather #storm #shorts
