This is a Maglula Magazine Loader, or the Maglula Uplula Loader. I bought this about three years ago because it was getting more difficult for me to load handgun magazines. Arthritis in my thumbs is the culprit. Having bought this uplula loader has been a great help, this thing really works great. The one I have is for 9mm and 45 ACP. You can get these loaders for other calibers also. Maglula designs and manufacture these tools. Maglula stands for magazine loaders and unloders accessories. This is an Israeli company that has been making these loaders and other items for many years.
