(15 Feb 1980) ROVING REPORT 8007B: KAMPUCHEA REFUGEES + CUTS • • Background to Story: The continuing plight of Cambodian refugees on both sides of the Kampuchea-Thailand border was given special publicity in February when more than 150 celebrities, including American singer Joan Baez and Norwegian actress Liv Ullmann, took part in a march to the border. Relief supplies are adequate, but refugees are threatened by fresh fighting.
