If you’ve got friends or family picking you up when you’ve arrived at Brisbane Airport’s International Terminal follow these simple directions to the Passenger Pick-Up area. • STEP 1: Once you have cleared Customs, collected your luggage and made your way out to the Arrivals Hall, then follow the green signage to the Passenger Pick-Up area. • STEP 2: Take the lifts or travelators down to Level 1 and continue to follow the Passenger Pick-Up signage outside and along the pathway to the right. • STEP 3: Cross at the pedestrian crossing and make your way to the Passenger Pick-Up kerbside zone to wait for your driver. • STEP 4: To keep traffic moving, your driver should only enter the Passenger Pick-Up area when you are already waiting at the kerb. • EXTRA TIP: Spread out along the kerbside to wait to be picked up, so that congestion doesn't build at the start of the kerbside area. • STEP 5: Once your driver has located you and pulled into the kerb, load your luggage into the vehicle and then continue onto your next destination. • For full information on the changes to Passenger Pick-Up at the International Terminal, read more at https://bne.com.au/passenger/to-and-f...
