Prior to installing the Hogue Grips AK-47/AK-74 grip on my Izhmash/IronHammerArmory.com built AK-74 my previous favorite AK grip was the Tapco SAW. It's big. The Hogue isn't quite that big but man is it comfortable and controllable.
