Fishing Northern Kentucky Looking For The Perfect Bass Lake for Kayak Fishing

On this day I was fishing a small lake in Northern Kentucky because next up for me on the kayak bass fishing tournament trail is the Cincinnati Kayak Fishing Northern Kentucky Waters tournament where any public water in NKY north of Lexington is eligible (lakes and rivers). I started my research by making a list of all the lakes I could see on Google Earth in that section of KY, cross referenced that list with the tournament schedules of every bass group I could find that fished in that area, then I started googling fishing reports for each lake. After narrowing my list down to a few solid options I started actually going to the lakes scouting two this first weekend and I’ll visit another two this upcoming weekend, then hopefully will narrow it down to one really good bass lake for the tournament! • No, I won't tell you the name of these lakes, but I did explain how to find them with your own research.
