Use this exercise to relieve tired, sore or swollen vocal folds. Great to use as a cool down after singing or to start your warmup if you're in rough shape. Also great for anyone who becomes hoarse from speaking too much or too loud. Any skill level can do this. It's OK if you don't sound good at first.
