This is a recipe I grew up enjoying. My mom always made these. This recipe can be made with any pie filling. If you watch me frequently. Then you know I made a huge amount of apple pie filling. So sharing many ways to use it up. This recipe not only taste great but it is pretty to. • --------------------------------------------------- • Apple Squares • 8 ounces of softened butter • 1 1/2 cups of sugar • 4 eggs • 2 cups of flour • 2 1/2 cups of pie filling My apple pie filling recipe is below • Mix all ingredients in a mixer. Pour into a lightly sprayed 9 by 13 sheet pan. • score with a knife to make equal sections. Place filling in the center of each. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. • Allow to cool and cut.
