IP Sticky Rice

How to make rice in your instant pot. • RECIPE: • (1:1 ratio of Rice and Water) • 1 cup of Rice (Jasmine or Basmati or White) • 1 cup of Water (or Chicken Broth) • 1/2 t Sea Salt (optional) • 1/2 t Butter (optional...use if you want less sticky rice) • Spray inside of IP with cooking spray. • Pour water in the pot. Next pour the rice in. Then add salt and or butter if you want. • Stir everything together and place the lid on the instant pot and set the sealing valve to seal . • Manual-High Pressure for 3 minutes. • Natural Release for 10-15 (I do 10) • Quick Release (turn sealing valve to let steam out and floating valve to drop) letting all steam out until floating valve drops.
