Sibusiso Gcabashe's lawyer is arguing that short of him exposing himself, it cannot be proved that his client is not the late Kwakhe Mseleku. Mseleku's two wives say he had a distinct scar in his pubic area. So far, Gcabashe has refused anyone a peek down his trousers.
