This is a tribute to the dandy man, tubalcain alhambra. • Tubalcain Alhambra happens to be my favorite character from the anime Hellsing. I had never seen a character use cards as a weapon before and I though the way he used them was simply epic. He also seemed to do the most damage to alucard in the entire series outside of Anderson who nearly killed alucard in OVA 8 - 9. • Anyway, yes. I have seen the other AMV dedication to the dandy man with this same song. I thought I could do it a bit better with higher quality video clips from the re-cut version of the anime.
