How to Make a Hydromel Low ABV Mead

Today we're going to make a hydromel! This is a low ABV mead that is pretty easy and cheap to make. These meads make great gifts and taste great for any season of life. This mead is going to be carbonated which is really nice. You can do this with other kinds of honey, fruits or really any other flavor. • I ended up adding some acid blend to help balance out this mead.
