It is available completely for free around the world, which is made possible with the support of @swisslife. • Established masters and young avant-gardists, new talents and familiar faces - together they rub shoulders in a curated selection that suggests the sheer range of contemporary filmmaking in the short form. Superstitious people claim that leap years are unlucky, but #LocarnoShortsWeeks rejects that and shines with optimism.
