I stayed at Hanamaki Onsen in Iwate Prefecture. They prepared a special shojin ryori (Traditional Japanese plant-based food) dinner to accommodate us vegans. It was reserved in advance. It was very healthy and I enjoyed it very much! • Guests can enjoy all the hot springs in the 3 hotel buildings which are connected by a hallway inside. I wasn't able to take videos of the hot springs, but they were nice! • Every night, they have a light show in front of the hotel. The trees and buildings are lit up with various colors as music plays.
