It is incredibly user friendly for people living on both sides of the pond. Truthfully, I've heard of her but never watched her on T.V. or made any of her recipes. I'm am totally going to search for more amazing recipes from Nigella Lawson. No wonder she's so famous. • The sticky toffee pudding is a delicious warm treat on a cold, overcast day! I am going to add this cake to my list. I, also, discovered that I really like it cold! I don't know, is that's even a thing in Britain? Also, I'm not sure if I'm ever going to get used to calling a dessert a pudding. I use gluten free flour instead of wheat flour. • I had the black treacle from our Vlogmas 2020: Americans try series. Points to you if you know that black treacle is just black strap molasses! The Brits definitely have a prettier container than we Americans do. • I make custard and drizzle it over the pudding too. I use up the rest of the Bird's Instant Custard left over from Vlogmas 2020. I'm still unsure what it is exactly. Maybe I didn't make it correctly because it never firmed up like I expected.
