Rejuvelac is a great probiotic, fermented beverage that is loaded with enzyme a digestive aid. It is made from cabbage and then fermenting them into a bubbly, fizzy fermented drink full of life. However, you can use many different kinds of whole grains, sprouted wheat, oats, barley, buckwheat, rye, rice. • For gluten free, rejuvelac can also be made from gluten-free grains like quinoa and millet. Or red/green cabbage. Each kind produces a slightly different flavor. Rejuvelac will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. • How to Drink? if you are new to this, start out slow with small amounts (2 tbsp) to test it out if you are prone to digestive sensitivities. Drink rejuvelac first thing in the morning as well as before or between meals for optimal results • Ingredients • • 1 part of chlorine free water • • 2 part of organic cabbage • Instruction • 1. Cut Rinse the cabbage. • 2. Blend it until it is liquefied. Put in a jar, cover with coffer filter or cheese cloth. • 3. Place the jar in a low-light, room temperature location for 2-4 days. Gently stir or shake the jar twice a day. Until you see bubbles with slightly sweet sour, tangy taste. • 4. Strain bottle, then Enjoy!!! • 5.
