Hey Guys! This is a video that I created as part of the ‘Power HIIT by Minsoo’ series, which you have seen on my channel before. This dynamic stretching video has been on my channel in Korean, but I also wanted to have the English version available for you. • This is a great, fast, fun warmup you can do that includes seven different movements, all done for 45 – 60 seconds each, with a little break in-between. You could even use it as a quick workout if travelling or short on time. • Walking Lunges • Start out with a challenging exercise that will work your whole body, and stretch our your hamstrings. Walk a few steps in each direction – what you have room for – and turn the other way. Get your arms involved just like I do! • Front Kicks • I call them front kicks, sometimes they are called cross kicks because you want to touch your opposite hand to your foot if you can. After a minute of these you should really feel your pulse going. • Single Leg Balance • We slow it down just a little and focus on balance for the next minute. Keep your back flat and reach down to touch the ground, alternating arms and legs as you go. Take your time and focus on your form and stability. It’s also great for stretching your hamstrings and glutes • Hamstring Curl Kick-Backs • Another fun exercise to get your hamstrings and glutes activated. Alternate legs and kick back, and move your arms, elbows bent through the move too. Keep your butt and hamstrings squeezing through the movement. • Hand Walk Planks • Important for this exercise to remember to keep everything tight and as flat as possible when you move in and up and back down into the plank. It’s tough, but a perfect stretch for your legs and back. Just like me, if you do not have a lot of extra room, go in one direction with 2 or 3 and turn around. • Rolling Splits • Not the full splits! As you can see you roll all the way back and then sit forward into a hurdler’s stretch on alternating sides. This is a challenging exercise to master, but works so well for flexibility. See how my arms keep me stable through the movements. • Scorpion • This will really open up your hips, core, shoulders and chest. Go as far over as you can with your opposite leg and keep your knee bent. Great way to finish off your warm-up! • If you are into HIIT, this workout is great to start with as it gets your whole body ready for what’s coming up. • Try it out and find my some of my other Design your Body videos here: • • • 5 min Complete Abs Workout • • 5 Minutes Butt and Thigh Workout for ... • Connect with Me Online! • / minsoogo • / officialminsoo • Snapchat@minsoogo • • Note: All information provided by Minsoo Go is of a general nature and is furnished only for educational/entertainment purposes only.
