Loved all over the world it's super easy to make! • Have fun 🙌 • ——————————————- • INGREDIENTS: • 400 gr of Trenette • 4 bunches of basil (Genoese if possible) • 2 cloves of garlic • 40 gr of pine nuts • 90 gr of pecorino (or parmesan) • 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil • Coarse salt • For the dressing: • 300 gr of green beans • 2-3 potatoes • METHOD: • Pour the cored garlic cloves into the mortar together with the coarse salt and start pounding • Add the basil a little at a time • Add the pine nuts • The pecorino • And finally the olive oil flush • Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes • We cook the pasta together with the diced potatoes • Drain the pasta and add the green beans and pesto • It can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of three to four days.
