This video is a DIY Greenworks 19 GMAX 40V Lawn Mower Pull-Bar fix (and possibly other Greenworks mower models). • As mentioned in Amazon reviews of this item, sometimes the mower stops operation and cannot be started if the safety pull-bar wire stretches out over time.
