I've made this 20sec video with a fully connected net that used [x,y] values of every frame's pixel as inputs and tried to predict its [r,g,b] values as output. It has 500 frames and runs 50 iterations per frame. It took about ~18 hours to train on my Intel i5-4690 with Adam optimizer.
