http://www.benbruno.com/. Here's a great combination exercise to hit the biceps and triceps at the same time. Start by doing an incline dumbbell curl followed by an elbows out triceps extension (also known as a Tate press). This is a great pairing because it flows well together and the weight you'd use for each exercise by itself is the same, so you don't have to sacrifice the weight you use on one exercise for the sake of the other. If you're like me and don't particularly like training arms, this is a great way to get it done in a hurry.
