http://www.lightscameracook.com • • Recipe: • • Serves 4 • • 1/3 Cup balsamic vinegar • 1/4 Beef broth • 2 Tablespoons molasses • 2 Tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard • 1/4 Teaspoon each salt and pepper • 1 Pound flank steak • • 1. Combine first 6 ingredients in Ziploc bag, add steak, seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to over night. • • 2. Preheat grill. Remove steak from bag reserving marinate. Place steak on hot grill for 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from oven and loosely cover with foil. • • 3. Place reserved marinate in saucepan and bring to a boil, cook until reduced to 1/3 cup (about 6 minutes). Cut steak diagonally about 1/s inch think against the grain. Drizzle with sauce and serve. • • Wine Suggestion: Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot
