In this video, I will take you to experience the town and lake views in Varenna and Bellano. The two towns are very close to each other and can be reached by train in half an hour. They are also famous and beautiful towns on the east coast of Lake Como. You can get here by taking the Regional train from Lecco. • Varenna (Comasco, Lecchese: Varena) is a comune (municipality) on Lake Como in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) north of Milan and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of Lecco. It is an essential stop for anyone wishing to visit one of the most typical and peaceful towns of the lake. • This small village, where you can still breathe in the traditions of yesteryear (above all, fishing), is home to elegant villas with botanical gardens (such as Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi) and beautiful walks between history and nature (Castle of Vezio and Sentiero del Viandante). • Bellano is a comune (municipality) and small town on the eastern shore of Lake Como in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located at northern outlet of the Valsassina. The town's main attraction is the Orrido ( gorge or small canyon) which was formed through erosion by the river Pioverna. The erosion started 15 million years ago. The church in the city is called Santi Nazario e Celso (built in 1348) and is in the Gothic style. • The old town center lies on the right bank of the alluvial fan that the River Pioverna has formed over the years at the point where it flows into the lake; while on the left we find the more modern part of the village, which takes the name of Coltogno. • Behind the old town is the Orrido di Bellano: a spectacular canyon carved by the tumultuous waters of the River Pioverna , which over the centuries has formed narrow passages in the rock creating beautiful caves and grottoes, as well as waterfalls that make the water rumble between the high rock walls, all visitable thanks to a system of walkways that have been anchored to the stone. At the entrance to the site is the Ca’ del Diavol: an ancient defense tower which, in the collective imagination, evokes fears and satanic rituals due to the numerous legends and frescoes depicting the devil and other mythological figures. • 00:00:00 Preview • 00:00:53 Street of Bellano • 00:02:32 Alleys leading to Orrido di Bellano • 00:05:15 Orrido di Bellano • 00:13:59 Alley leading to the center of Bellano • 00:15:03 Panoramic view of Lake Como and Bellano ancient buildings • 00:16:18 Center of Bellano • 00:19:09 Shore of Lake Como in Bellano • 00:24:46 Center of Bellano • 00:26:56 Varenna train station and streets • 00:32:39 Shore of Lake Como in Varenna • 00:33:59 Varenna Marina • 00:34:40 The road into Varenna scenic area with Lake Como views • 00:39:40 Varenna scenic area with stores and restaurants • 00:45:50 Path leading to the center of Upper Varenna • 00:47:01 Center of Upper Varenna • 00:50:55 Varenna scenic area with stores and restaurants • 在本影片中,我將帶您體驗瓦倫納和貝拉諾的小鎮和湖景。 該鎮的主要景點是 Orrido(“峽谷”或小峽谷),它是由皮奧韋納河侵蝕形成的。
