On 08/29/2024 at 0800, I, Ofc. Bray responded to 180 Roosevelt in reference to trespassing. • Upon arrival, I made contact with Nick Schmidt who advised Rayven Jones had been evicted from the property, but returned to the residence. Nick provided a 24 hour vacate notice that was given to Jones on 08/21/2024. Dispatch made contact with the Pulaski County Sheriff's office and advised Jones was officially evicted on 08/27/2024 by Deputy J. Barnes 1406. Jones advised she never received any paperwork. She stated several times that she had received the 24 hour notice, but not an eviction notice. When Ofc. Burton and I attempted to arrest Jones she pulled away but was placed into handcuffs and put in the back of the patrol unit She was transported to the Jacksonville Police Department for processing. Upon arrival at the police department, Jones had slipped out of her handcuffs, rolled down the window on the patrol unit, escaped through the window and attempted to run away. • I took her to the ground and placed her back into handcuffs. I obtained lacerations to my left arm, my left hand and right hand. Nick was clearing out the residence and found several credit cards with different names and multiple pieces of mail not addressed to Jones. Ref report# 24-045509. Due to the call volume and the amount of items recovered from the residence, warrants will be obtained for Jones in reference to the credit cards, checks and mail once we gather all information on victims. Nick wrote a statement and it was placed into the shift folder. Pictures of my injuries and the eviction paperwork were uploaded into the P: Drive. BWDR Ofc. J.
