Rosemary Hydromel Wild Fermentation Mead. Yup, mead with no added yeast. That doesn't mean we didn't use yeast though... there's yeast on nearly everything, we just let it go to work. Many people think you have to boil your honey to make mead, it's not true at all and is usually detrimental to the mead making process. This is a hydromel, which is just a lower ABV mead really.
