Afritada is a Spanish influenced tomato-sauce based dish. Chicken is cooked in tomato sauce. Vegetables are also added like carrots, bell pepper, tomato, potato amd freen peas. In this video, I put a lot of veggies and hotdogs so the kids will love it. I did not put green peas since I don't like them 😄.
