VINTAGE 1950 TEXACO COMMERCIAL amp COMEDY SKIT

############################# Video Source: www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGWZM7LZmKc

During the 1950's, it was common to embed commercials into the actual program. One of Milton Berle's TV shows was sponsored by Texaco, and this was a take-off of a regular bit that was done on Berle's show. The regular huckster was usually a middle aged man, but on this occasion his 9 year old son is taking over the role of being the huckster. TELL YOU WHAT I'M GOING TO DO........ • Inside the comedy bit is an actual commercial for Texaco. • For more information on vintage pop culture, from the 1950's, 1960's the 1970's, you might enjoy visiting TV TOY MEMORIES http://www.tvtoymemories.net • Please visit my pop culture photo site.
