Jolene; a beautiful and tragic song written by the legendary Dolly Parton. This song is an all time favorite of mine. I loved recording and filming this song in the green mountains of Tennessee, where Dolly grew up. There were so, SO many bugs and thunder and lightning started immediately as we finished our last take, but it was so worth it! It really matched the eerie, dark feeling of the song.
