Most of us know pork shoulder for it's famous finished product: pulled pork. Deliciously easy, know what to look for at the meat counter! • Try this simple recipe: • 5 lbs. pork shoulder • Rub with: • 1 1/2 t. smoked paprika • 1 t. garlic powder • 1 t. dried thyme • 1 t. cayanne • 1/2 t. salt • 2 t. peppper • Add 1 cup of water to a slow cooker, and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes, and pull it into succulent shreds.
