Porsche Cayenne review 4.8s V8 2007 model which is a facelift. Porsche cayennes came out in 2003 in the uk and I've always been a massive fan. I've never actually had one of these facelift ones but it's honestly such a nice car. If you like jeeps and you like German cars then the Porsche is definitely the one to go for. This is the 4.8 version which they only done in the facelift models.
