Dumbbell Pullover - Chest Exercise • 💪 Subscribe channel: / mytrainingapp • (Starting Position) • To begin, lie down on a flat bench while holding a dumbbell in both hands. • Then, lift the weights directly above your chest with your arms extended and your elbows slightly bent. • Your palms should be pressed against the underside of the upper plates. This is the starting position. • (First Movement) • Now, inhale as you lower the weights behind your head in an arcing motion until your chest feels fully stretched. • (Second Movement) • Exhale as you use your pec muscles to lift the weights back to the starting position. • Exhale as you use your pec muscles to lift the weights back to the starting position. Tightly contract your pecs at the end of the movement.
