Recorded July 3, 2021 • Harbor Springs is a city and resort community in Emmet County, Michigan with a population around 1200 people. Harbor Springs is in a sheltered bay on the north shore of the Little Traverse Bay on Lake Michigan. I arrived in town on the busy Fourth of July weekend.
