How to grow HUGE petunias

Welcome to my Florida garden. One of my favorite flowers in a garden is petunia. They are so easy to grow and rarely get any disease. Here in Florida you can grow petunias whole year around . They need a bit of protection in summer though. You can grow gorgeous and huge petunias following simple steps. All my petunias that you see on pictures and video are grown from seeds. Those are wave, tidal wave, double, easy wave petunias that you can find at online stores. Here are easy steps to grow beautiful petunias: • • 1. Plant them in acidic light soil. I prefer to mix my own potting soil. I use peat moss and some compost /composted manure • 2 . Fertilize with any 20-20-20 that doesn't contain chlorine • To boost flowers , fertilize with high phosphorus fertilizer like 9-58-8 • 3. Water daily ( just an extra tip i forgot to mention.
