Beef biryani is always the love of Pakistani. • Full Recipe • #LipSmackingFood #LetsCookTogether • • Ingredients: • Tail (Oil) • Pyaz (Onion): 4 medium • Zeera (Cumin): 1/2 TBS • Tez Path (Bay leaves): 3-4 • Badiyan phool (Anise seed): 4-6 • Sabut Garam Masala • Gosht (Beef) 1/2 kg • Namak (Salt): 1/2 TBS • Adrak Lassan ka paste (Ginger Garlic paste): 2 TBS • Pisi Javitri (Mace powder): 4-6 • Pani (Water): 1/2 litre • Tamatar (Tomato): 4 medium • Pisa dhaniya (Coriander powder): 1 TSP • Pisi lal mirch (Red Chili Powder): 1 TBS • Pisi Haldi (Turmeric Powder): 1/2 TSP • Adrak Lassan ka paste (Ginger Garlic paste): 2-3 TBS • Pisa Garam Masala: 1 TSP • Dahi (Yogurt): 250 GMS • Podina (Mint leaves): 1/2 bowl • Dhania k pattay (Coriander leaves): 1/2 hand • Hari Mirch (Green Chilli): 8 - 10 pieces • Aloo Bukhara (Plum): 4-6 • Pani (Water): 5 glass • Zeera (Cumin): 1/2 TBS • Sabut Garam Masala • Tez path (Bay leaves): 3-4 • Namak (Salat): 1 TBS • Sirka (Vinegar): 1-2 TBS • Chawal (Rice): 1/2 kg • Podina (Mint leaves): 1/2 bowl • Dhania k pattay (Coriander leaves): 1/2 hand • Nimbu (Lemon) • Tamatar (Tomato) 1 round cut • Nimbu (Lemon) • Zarda ka Rung(Food Colour) • Directions: • Qorma: • Ek patilay mein tail garam karain and pyaz ko brown karlain. Aur side per nikal kar rakh dain. Ab usi tail mein zeera, taiz path, badiyaan k phool, sabut garam masala ,gosht, namak, adrak Lassan ka paste ,pisi javitri daal kar achi tarah mix kar lain. Ab pani daal kar 25 min k lye gosht galnay tak pakain. Jb gosht gal jai tou is mein tamatar, pisa dhaniya ,pisi lal mirch ,pisi haldi ,adrak lassan ka paste ,pisa garam masala daal kar dhemi anch per pakain. Ab is mein dahi daal kar mix karain aur ab podina, dhania k pattay ,hari mirch daal kar pakain. Jb rogan uper ajai tou is mein allo bukhara dalain aur achy se mix kar lain. Biryani ka qorma tyaar hai. • For Qorma: • Take a cooking pot add oil and onion. Fry until olden brown. Now take it aside. In a same cooking pot add cumin,bayleaves,anise seeds, whole garam masala,beef chunks, salt, ginger garlic paste, mace powder and mix it well. Now add water, cover and cook for 25 min. Now, add tomato, coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and cook it on medium flame. Now, add yogurt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli and cook it well. When oils comes up add plums and mix it well. Qorma for biryani is ready. • Biryani k Chawal: • Ek patili mein pani ubaal lain. Phr pani mein zeera ,sabut garam masala, tez path, namak, sirka aur chawal daal kar 5 se 10 mint k lye paknay dain.Jb chawal pak jain tou chawal ko chaan lain takay pani nikal jai aur chawal mein qorma ki tai laga dain aur podina, dhaniya k pattay,nimbu, brown pyaz, tamatar aur phr nimbu daal kar tai lagain aur thori dair dum lagain. Mazedaar beef biryani tyaar hai. • For making biryani rice: • In a cooking pot boil water and then add cumin seeds, whole garam masala, bayleaves, salt and rice. Cook it for 5 to 10 mins. When rice is ready drain the water and add the layer of qorma on rice. Now, Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon, brown onion, tomato and again add lemon in it and give a steam for a while.
