In today's Conan Exiles episode I show you how to get Lingering Essences. In the Shrine of Mitra you can make a Mithrean Ankh which you can use to hit dead humans. Hitting the dead corpses with the Mithrean Ankh gives you Lingering Essence. Return to the Shrine of Mitra with the lingering essence and use it to create Ambrosia. Ambrosia is actually a nice and quick way to regenerate some health, so make sure you bring some along when adventuring in the wild! • Next up ... it was time to go out on an exploration trip. First thing I did was head up to the Broken Bridge where some strange things happened. After that I went to the west where I found a rather big settlement.
