DIY Simple RSSI Antenna Tracker using Arduino for less than 50

I saw this antenna tracker a few months ago and had to try it out. The only thing that I had to buy was the receiver for $39 and free shipping. Using my 3D printer and some scraps, I was able to knock up some 5-turn helical antennas to make this tracker a serious medium to long distance base station. • The only drawbacks that I can see is that you it only does 180 degrees, so you shouldn't fly too far behind yourself. And, sometimes you have to re-initialize/recalibrate with the quad 20-30 meters away before it will track properly. • GitHub for Simple RSSI Antenna Tracker: https://github.com/andreiva/simple-rs... • Helical Antenna Open source STL files: https://farvew.com/content/category/3... •    • How to build a Far Vew Helical   • Quanum RC540 5.8Ghz Receiver: • https://hobbyking.com/en_us/5-8ghz-32... • Arduino Pro Mini or Micro (USB version is easier but a little more) • https://www.ebay.com/itm/Arduino-Pro-... • Original Simple RSSI Tracker Video: •    • SUPER SIMPLE 5.8GHz RSSI ANTENNA TRACKER
