Twangy Guitar! #duaneeddy #rebelrouser ::: New 2021 Version. Made in The Hutch... • ++ Please hit LIKE or FOLLOW ++ • This famous guitar instrumental was originally written and recorded by Duane Eddy and Lee Hazelwood in 1958. Of course, it featured Eddy's signature Gretsch twangy guitar sound. There was a lot of this type of guitar music in the late 50's /60's which I have a fondness for. I love The Ventures and similar guitar based bands from that era. I remember the first track I learned to play on electric guitar was Apache by The Shadows. • Guitars and Amps where only just evolving way back then, and so they had very little in the way of Guitar FXs, just a clean sound and maybe some reverb. Anyway, this track and the twangy guitar sound is still popular and kinda defines the early rock'n'roll years. Love it! • ++ Please hit LIKE or FOLLOW ++ • More music from The Hutch on SoundCloud: / made-in-the-hutch • Original Music : Duane Eddy, Lee Hazelwood c1958 • This performance : Made in the Hutch, c2021 • Video Eye Candy by CottonBro / Pexels
