Rosted Rice Powder 3 Tbsp • 2. Chick Pea Powder 3 Tbsp • 3. Peanut 5 Tbsp • 4. Lemon Grass 2 pcs • 5. Banana Stem A few • 6. Lotus Rot A few • 7. Onion (small) 10 pcs • 8. Water 1.6 Litre • For Paste: • 1. Onion 1 pc • 2. Garlic 1 pc • 3. Chilli 6 pcs • 4. Turmeric Powder 2 Tsp • 5. Lemon Grass 2 pcs • 6. Corn Oil A few • For taste: • 1. Light Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp • 2. Sugar 2 Tbsp • 3. Salt 2 Tbsp • 4. Vegetable powder 1 Tbsp • For Serving: • 1. Coriander A few • 2. Chilli powder A few • 3. Split chickpeas A few • 4. Fried garlic A few • Preparation: • 1. Firstly, mince the ingredients: onion, garlic, chilli, turmeric powder and lemon grass. • 2. Heat the pan and add the oil and paste and stir carefully until the ingredients turn into golden color, and then add the water. • 3. After boiled, add the peanut, whisked chickpea powder and rosted rice powder in the pot and stir into the broth. Bring the broth to a simmer and cook, stirring often, until it starts to barely thicken, about a few minutes. • 4. And then, add the onion, banana stem and lotus stem to the broth. And add the light soy sauce, salt and sugar, vegetable powder for taste and simmer for about a few minutes. • 5. To serve, divide the noodles among the bowls. Ladle the soup over the noodles and serve the coriander, split chickpeas, lime wedges and chili powder.
