Soft food stage recipe for after weight loss surgery; high protein recipe, recipes for after weight loss surgeryAdapted from: The Complete Bariatric Cookbook and Meal Plan: Recipes Guidance for Life Before After Surgery • Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 15 minutes | Total: 20 minutesYield: 4 servings | Serving Size: 1 ramekin • Ingredients • 8 oz low-fat ricotta cheese • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese • 1 large egg, beaten • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • Nonstick cooking spray • 1/2 c low-sugar marinara sauce • 1/2 c low-fat mozzarella cheese • Directions • 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. • 2. In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta, Parmesan, egg, and Italian seasoning until smooth. • 3. Spray 4 small ramekins with cooking spray. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly in each ramekin. • 4. Top the ricotta mixture with the marinara sauce, then sprinkle with the mozzarella. • 5.
