None of their reviews are based on facts from actual studies. • Bentonite Toothpaste Recipe: • -2 TBSP bentonite clay • -4 TBSP distilled water • -10 drops peppermint essential oil • -4 drops clove essential oil (you can do 14 drops peppermint only, but clove has wonderful oral benefits!) • -1/2 tsp baking soda • -1/4 tsp activated charcoal (optional, but really beneficial!) • Instructions: • Mix together bentonite clay, baking soda, and charcoal. Add in the water.
